James Henry Bailey sent a Petition for Initiation to Ashlar Lodge No. 3 in May 1926. he declared he was born at Bruce Mines on 27 September 1873 and was a self-employed plumber.
He was sponsored for membership in Ashlar Lodge No. 3 by Frederick Rowbottom and Samuel Carter.
James Henry Bailey was duly elected to membership in Ashlar Lodge No. 3.
